Daniel trained at Berkshire/Thames Valley firms before relocating to the South West in 2001, working his way to Head of Litigation Department at a well-respected firm in Devon.

In 2014 Daniel became a Consultant Solicitor based in Taunton. He acted on a law-making Search and Seize Injunction case, and on another case, also now settled law, involving a dispute about what constitute “permanent and temporary buildings” for the purposes of the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act.
